Are you trying to justify that new big screen TV before the big game? Back in 2010, $600 dollars might have gotten you a 32-inch TV.    Today, that amount of money could get you a 50 inch flat screen (depending on the brand).

The Harbaugh brothers shared a bedroom growing up in Ohio.  This Sunday, the brothers will share the field in Super Bowl 47.  John Harbaugh (the older brother)  –  Ravens head coach.    Jim Harbaugh (younger brother) –   49ers head coach.  The Harbaugh’s are the first set of brothers (as head coaches) in the NFL.  Jackie and Jack Harbaugh (the parents) will be at the game.

Several churches gathering for the Big Game on Sunday:  In Mt Airy, “Fountain of Life Family Worship Center” is hoping that everyone will wear their favorite team colors (shirt or jersey) to the morning worship service (beginning at 10am).   Then, everyone is invited back to the church early afternoon with activities lasting through the evening. In addition to watching the big game, board games and other games will be available. Bring a food item and a soft drink to share if you can.
