Do you have a picky eater at home? Well, you’re not alone.

1 in 5 children likely have a ‘picky eating’ problem according to Duke University School of Medicine research study of kids and their eating habits.  Based on the child’s eating habits, the researchers labeled them as normal, moderate, or severe picky eaters, also called selective eaters.

Good news: Normal picky eaters have typical dislikes, such as refusing to eat broccoli. But in extreme cases picky eating could be a warning sign of a bigger issue with anxiety and depression.
