Winston-Salem has been selected as the home for an elite U.S. Olympic cycling training facility, according to U.S. cycling officials and a local architectural firm that will help renovate the downtown property. Lambert Architecture posted on its Facebook site Wednesday that “Did we mention that we’re renovating 505 N. Liberty St.? It’s becoming the National Olympic Cycling Center.” The site is a 42,000-square-foot building across from the Millennium Center. http://goo.gl/3UJX8U
