Nearly seven out of 10 Americans support making the “heartbeat bill” a federal law.  A recently-released poll from the Barna Group shows strong support for the pro-life bill that would prohibit abortions after an unborn baby’s heartbeat is detected, which can be as early as six weeks.  “If a doctor is able to detect the heartbeat of an unborn baby, that unborn baby should be legally protected.”   SOURCE: Charisma News reports



RECALL: Britax is recalling 2 specific models of strollers including the Britax B-Agile and BOB Motion strollers when they are used with a travel system with a car seat carrier. The company has received 33 reports of their car seats detaching from the stroller without warning and falling.

A mechanic in northern Tennessee built a wheelchair ramp for a disabled girl he hardly knew. Tom Mitchell, of Clarksville, works on school buses and occasionally fills in to drive one. The stone steps at Lydia’s house are a problem, so Mitchell decided to build her a brand new ramp.  Read more:

Prayer for safety: The staff at the Samaritan’s Purse Emergency Field Trauma Hospital helping to care for residents affected by war outside of the city of Mosul (in Iraq).  The field hospital which opened in January treated about 100 patients who all had life-threatening injuries in its first week.  Many of the wounded civilians — men, women, and children —were shot by ISIS snipers as they fled Mosul.
