Having a younger sibling may improve your health…

So, according to recent studies – having a younger sibling within 3-4 years of your age has shown to improve health and prevent childhood obesity.  Apparently, parents to tend to “overfeed” the first (or only) child and having a younger sibling increases a child’s activity level.
