A Florida Judge ordered a husband to spend some ‘quality time’ with his wife?    Joseph Braydidn’t wish his wife, Sonja, a Happy Birthday. The situation went from bad to worse.  An argument erupted, tempers flaired, even some shoving.  Police were called to the couple’s Plantation, Florida home…and Joseph was taken into custody.  At the hearing, Judge John Hurley didn’t set up a bond or lock him up…instead Joseph (the husband) was ordered to go on a ‘date night’ with his wife.  Seriously!  The Judge determined that Sonja (the wife) was never in any ‘real’ danger. Joseph had no prior arrests.  According to the Sun Sentinel, Judge Hurley then ordered that Joseph give his wife flowers, a birthday card, dinner at Red Lobster, and then go bowling.  BTW: The Judge also mandated that the couple must attend marriage counseling sessions ASAP.   http://articles.sun-sentinel.com/2012-02-07/news/fl-flowers-food-bowling-20120207_1_red-lobster-broward-judge-judge-john-jay-hurley   Watch the video:http://www.sun-sentinel.com/videogallery/67911563/News/judge-orders-couple-to-go-bowling

Fox News reporting that the Obama Administration will likely ‘compromise’ on the healthcare rule requiring religiously affiliated employers to provide contraceptive coverage.  As currently written, the rule would exempt churches themselves, but hospitals and schools with religious affiliations would have to comply. The new policy is set to go into effect on August 1, though religious groups would have a yearlong extension.     http://news.blogs.cnn.com/2012/02/10/source-compromise-on-contraception-likely-offered-today/?hpt=hp_t2
