From the Division of Non-Public Education website: A statewide note to homeschoolers that have been trying (unsuccessfully) to update their annual homeschool info online… (As of August 27) “DNPE” is still experiencing technical difficulties with the Annual Home School Online Update. ‘We’ anticipate the survey being live and active again within the next few weeks. Your home school will NOT be ‘closed’ because this online update website is down. You will receive a new email notification when the survey is active. FYI: The annual update should normally be completed beginning August 1st, ending September 30th of each year. http://www.ncdnpe.org/index.aspx
FYI: NC-DNPE is the only legislatively authorized state government office giving oversight to private elementary, secondary schools and homeschools in North Carolina.
