Experts say dry shampoo absorbs some of the oil on your scalp, but it also stays there, allowing yeast and bacteria to build up.

When a loved one passes away, laws cover how their houses, cars, and other property are passed on to relatives. But the rules are ‘murkier’ when it comes to the virtual email, pictures and financial records stored online. Generally, unless a person expresses who they want their digital assets to go to, companies will only release a user’s basic information. 19 states have now enacted new laws to allow loved ones access to stored documents and pictures, and 12 more states are headed that way.
Facebook allows users to choose a “legacy contact” to access their account, and Gmail has an “account trustee” option. In instances where people use those options, the companies’ agreements with them will supersede the state laws.
Reports show that youth concussions rose over 70% between 2010 and 2015. Researchers say the increase is partly due to concussion awareness, with a spike during the fall season…
