UNC School of the Arts to sell props from past productions (Friday)

Classic garage sale:  A Victrola, likely made in the 1920s…or a baby cradle used in a production of “The Nutcracker,” how about a soda vending machine?

These are among 3,000 to 4,000 items used over the years as props in productions at the UNC School of the Arts…and now for sale to the public.

All items will be sold for either $2 or $5…cash and carry.

*You must take away the items when they buy them.

Want to go?  The props will be for sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. again on Friday at the university’s blue warehouse at the corner of Chapel and Waughtown streets in southern Winston-Salem.     http://goo.gl/5bFEMB
