A Connecticut family has returned $98,000 dollars in cash that was hidden in an office desk they bought on CraigsList (for $150 dollars). Rabbi Noah Muroff, a high school teacher at a private Jewish school in New Haven, discovered the money while dismantling the desk in order to move it through a narrow doorway. Rabbi Noah found the money in a plastic bag hidden behind drawers of an ordinary office desk he bought on Craigslist in September. Noah and his wife, Esther, were in total shock…but did not hesitate to do the right thing – call the original owner and return the money… “Patty”, the original owner of the desk, bought the desk from Staples and put it together herself. Patty had put her inheritance in the desk and after a while forgot it was there. The couple took their four children with them to return the money the next day, hoping their good deed will send “the message of honesty and integrity…” http://myfox8.com/2013/11/12/rabbi-returns-98000-he-found-in-desk-he-bought-on-craigslist/
